Termination of Parking Service Request	Cancel parking that is no longer required.
Parking Expense Calculator	Once you have the checked the the Gross(Pre Tax) FBT inclusive parking rate for your location this calculator can be used to calculate your out of pocket(after tax) expense.

Parking FAQ's

How do I arrange car parking?

Complete the New Parking Service Request form. PMA will provide you with a list of options available for your location and make all arrangements should you choose to go ahead. There is an initial minimum term of 3 months.

How do I cancel my car parking?

Complete the Termination of Parking Service Request form. A minimum of 45 Days notice is required.

Usage of Morgan Stanley car parking is restricted by the following rules:

• Salary Packaged car parks are not transferable
• Car parking spaces may not be “sublet”
• Where employees are allocated a reserved bay, only that allocated bay must be used by the employee to which it is allocated.
• Employees will comply with the terms and conditions of the of the car park operator and building manager.

Failure to comply with the terms of this policy may lead to disciplinary action and / or removal of car parking access.
