Telstra Replacement Pass Request

Please note, for most parking locations replacement passes will be mailed out to the employee's work address and may take approximately 2 - 3 days to be received.

Temporary Exemption:

If the user has parked today and will require an exemption to exit this afternoon or requires continued access until a replacement pass is received please ensure this is noted in the form below and we will arrange a temporary exemption. The typical process is as follows:

1. Access - The parker should take a ticket as per a casual user on entry to there regular car park.

2. Notify Us - We must be notified ASAP(through this form) to have a replacement pass and temporary exemption arranged.

3. Exit - Where an exemption has been arranged or the parker is in possession of a defective pass they may speak with the attendant onsite prior to exiting or proceed to exit and press the intercom button at the boom gate where an attendant will verify the exemption and can lift the gates for exit. The casual ticket taken for entry may be discarded at this point.
